It is possible that you got connected to a local peer (any person whose ISP is same as yours) while downloading those torrents. It happens very rarely though.

Sometimes its a glitch too, rubbish data from an old torrent just happens to be the same data segment being downloaded by a new torrent as well (if the download location remains the same) so it can potentially give high speeds, but his is also a very rare case.

Yeah. It's great!

When I went to America (to pay a visit to my Aunt)

I was amazed by the speed of the internet. Wooping fast internet! It was the best experience ever!

It takes me around 2 hours to download 700 MB Data. Compared to the 5 Min download of the USA.

And it's not that expensive too.
She pays $120 a month, for broadband (Cable, Telephone and Internet)

$120 is roughly 9000 Rs. It may sound "too much" in Pakistan. But in the USA it's very normal and affordable. And most of all. If I was being offered a 25mbps connection, in Pakistan for 9000, along with the TV, I would not mind signing up!
