AOA, i wanna buy a new car. I am quite intrusted in buying New Honda City. I havent driven it nor any of my relatives own one .... this means that i have no idea about the car
 . So fellows i need realy true ANOTTAMEY of this car. I'll be thankfull 2 every one who tells me every pro & cons of this car. Waiting for reply. Thankyou.  Last edited by srkhan; 27-04-05 at 12:53 AM..

Well I have been driving the "new" honda city for almost a year and a half now.. and I think it is the best car in it class... comfortable, spacious, powerful... and so damn good lookin'. But the downside is that the vario model drinks petrol like mad... does 8km/lit in auto and about 13-14 km/lit in manual... don't know why the huge difference....
I have tested the car on gt road and motorway as well... here's the speed vs consumption analysis 120km/h gives you approx 16km/lit 100km/h gives you approx 18km/lit 80-100km/h gives you approx 20km/lit anything beyond 120 gets your milage down to 1km/lit per 10km incremental increase in speed. Other than that... you might start hearing some squeaking sound from the steering after 5000km but it goes away after 25000 (manufacturing defect) Also, when you apply the breaks, there's this "tuck" sound from the front breaks.. nothing to worry about... it just means that your breaks needs cleaning... Now there's this blind spot while you are driving and that is the support beam on front windshield, sometimes while u are making a turn, you can't see the car or the object on the right side.... Over, all its an excellent car and it pwns all teh balenos and corollas (1300 and 2.0D). I have done over 180 on it like a whisper and its rock stable....need to change the tyres to 195 or 205 at least....rims, your choice....

by far the best 1300CC car in pak
i personally love teh car buy it asap u wont be dissapointed

i have heard that now people are getting cng kits for their brand new cities... so how much of a performance drop would be there... and what would happen to the life of teh engine???

Thankyou all of u for ur kind replies. I want to have CNG in my city. I have read too much bad things about city with CNG. So guys can u tell me what exactly is the problem which u face when u convert it? Is it some engine problem? What exactly is it? Waiting for ur replies, S R Khan.

New Car from Suzuki....

yaar dekho kisi bhi car peh cng ho.. to damage to hota hi hai.... ab damage kitna ho ga.. woh to car usage peh depend karta hai.. dekho.. petroleum is liquid.. so it also acts as a lubricant .. while gas doesnt.. so us jaga damage ka chakkar aa jata hai ..
lemme search for a thread wid the good and bad points of cng..
