dude ive been working ona 18f452, but the burner board we used was bought from abroad.
i dunt think u can get it here. yur best bet wud be to goto "Electronics 2000" at hall road and ask them if they have the programmer for PIC. I got abt 4 or 5 pics from them. they might have the programmer
