Just a mini review on the Samsung 225MS.

I love this thing. It has

Dsub
DVi
Component
s Video
composite

AND

HDMI

The piano black finish is sexy and matches the ps3 brilliantly. The hdmi output is vibrant and clear, MGS4 suddenly looks awesome!

and even though the max supported resolution on Dsub and DVi is 1680 x 1050. The monitor does 1080i in both component and HDMI

for 500 AUD you are basically getting the mother of all bedroom/hdtv monitors. Couple it with another widescreen panel and you have a sweet photoshop/excel rig.

If you can find this monitor, I highly recommend it.

The only downer that I have come across is a noticeable harshness in the color pallete in 360 games when outputed through component. Also some color bleeding and fringing. But that could just be my 360 component cables.

I wish if I could bring the new 226CW (same specification as 226BW) to you people, but unfortunatly it is not gona happened untill now, because it is not available in our region.
The thing about this monitor is that this beauti has the original S panel, even no need to check by some trick.

could u tell me if this baby has a built in tv tuner?? i was looking at this banner for a new samsung monitor and it had this up.. which had connectors for like all sources..

im talking abt this one btw: Samsung Revolutionary
