Patent infringement alleged WEB DEVELOPMENT FIRM GraphOn has sued Google for patent infringement in a Texas District Court. The lawsuit alleges that Google's Base, YouTube, Blogger, Sites and AdWords unlawfully utilises patented technology. The four patents in question were also named in an ongoing lawsuit by GraphOn against Yahoo, CareerBuilder, eHarmony and Match.com....    More...
