Default Infor Req: Importing Books from Amazon to Pakistan

Any one knows how to get books from Amazon to Pakistan (other than asking a frnd to bring it with him from abroad :S) .. Any thirdparty venues (like bookstores etc). I Think saeedbookbank does this, but i dont think they wud do it for one piece.

dude... just order books from them. They ship books, one or many, to Pakistan

Hmm, this is very strange. Pakistan used to be on their International Shipping country list. But now we seem to have been removed from the list. That is sad =(

Disclaimer: I have never used amazon, so I don't know anything about their international shipping. Having said that,...
I went to amazon.com and looked at their help section. You mentioned buying a book. If you are buying from Amazon and not an independent seller, then I gather that they do ship to Pakistan. According to their rules Amazon.com Help: International Shipping books "can be shipped to almost all destinations outside the U.S" (see asterisk for restrictions).
If you select shipping rates and times from the above link, and then select Asia, Pakistan is not listed. But if you select Middle East, then Pakistan is there. I guess amazon moved us from asia to middle east
As I mentioned, I have never used amazon, so I could be mistaken on the above. Maybe people who have ordered from them could better advise on the matter.
