yep...

brake really hard and when the police car hits you... it gets totalled..

ProStreet was REVOLUTIONARY.. it was not meant for the casual NFS users who like to do a 180 turn at full speed (in the game ofcourse)

prostreet was the game that required some brains.. and some effort something only car simulation fans were willing to give..

in my opinion prostreet can't be fairly compared with undercover.. as prostreet was another genre.. simulation while undercover is just arcade mindless car "racing"..

Undercover 5/10 even NFS2Se had better grahics... Really, and that was opengl game for crying out loud..

i think i know why undercover is such crap..
i read somewhere that the EA Vancouver team/NFS team was divided into 2 teams to give each team more time to develop a game (2 years) instead of the normal 1 year deadline that 1 team would have to cater to..
so the team that did undercover was alternate from the team that did prostreet.
hence the differences and the similarities with carbon
most wanted and prostreet done by the same team.. both really good..

did anybody get that?

this was already in the news a long time ago, about dev team splitting..

tat would be like half of the harry potter team making a matrix movie..

EA has really lost its marbles, ....and balls..... splitting a great MW team was the worst choice... anyone could wait for a year and a half for a GREAT game, than wait for only 8 months for a Rushed up/ Fucked up game....

Far cry and Crysis teams went on from one unit into two.. but both took 2years to make their independent games.. the orignal team thus made crysis , a Far better and more aprciated and succesfull game than Farcry 2.... far cry 2 was also excellent ,, just not crysis standard..

@hayyan.. does the HD patch add detail? o just make game more high res?..
