Guys thing is last time i made this thread and ask if any one of you know any guy in customs thing is that we receive PC hardware as samples time to time from different manufacturers mostly from DHL, FedEx, or any other XYZ service but when ever we receive those samples from Pakistan Post office they detained our samples and then long process of this and that...bring this document bring that document... Hey this is CPU cooler is there any CPU with this too or not.. OR this is not a CPU cooler this is a fan used in UPS and i was like WTF.....
Last time i had a fight with Superintendent Customs at GPO had huge argument he was asking for our Company's NTN, Certificate of Incorporation and Sales Tax Registration Certificate. After asking my lawyer I gave him WCCF NTN and Certificate of Incorporation but Superintendent Customs said no you have to show Sales Tax Registration Certificate but any how i managed to get the products. Today again i received a letter from GPO saying our products are detained.... So again same bullshit drama... What i wanted to know is 1- what if we did not order that specific product but received that XYZ product as a SAMPLE. Do i have to present Sales Tax Registration Certificate. 2- Also how much charges i have to pay. i know mostly they charge 16% General Sales Tax 4% Income Tax ( Sometimes its 2% ) 2% Additional Income Tax ( Sometimes its 1% )
