Now looks like you don't have any proof that you were misguided. I think of they take a legal action, it'll be against you. So i think wait, don't pay anything, companies usually send a notice before taking legal action, if this happens, then tell your father about the bill, otherwise just stay quiet.

Or else. You can pay for the months, you used their services in. And write an application to the manager telling that you have't use the services since march, they can check their records of usage, and they'd come to know... blah blah... In the conclusion just write him that you were highly misguided and you never had a clue that you have to fill out a termination form to terminate the account...
It's fair and square....

And it's highly unlikely for a big company as wateen to take any legal action for 31k. But remember... we are in Pakistan... good luck!

ooh bhai ptcl ka bill na do tuuh kya hota hai,gas ka pani ka bajli ka na doo kya faraq parta hai,agai services hee nai na detay.kuch nai kehtay aur yeh kaunsa state bank wala hisab hai aik bank kay sath 5 rupay ka bhi fraud karo tuuh report hoo jani koi bank app kay deal nai karega.na do bill aur dsl lagwa loo sakoon karo.laikin persue zruir karna aur if ur on the right bisti bhi karna un mai kuck kee.
