Default Internal WiFi Access Point ?

Do they really exist?

I want an AP which takes internet input from my XP (not some physical port/wire input)

basically i want a PCI/USB AP card that will allow any WiFi device (N95,PSP) to use ICS(internet connection sharing) on a system running XP.

Is it possible or do i have to buy those big BOX APs or routers ?

do u mean a adhoc connection ?? that means 2 computers with a wireless connection without a router ... if so then yes that is possible ... but range would be limited to the line of sight only

Yes that is possible, If U have PCie slot in ur Mobo u can use Abit Airpace which also acts as an AP or U can use ASUS W138 version 2 which also acts as AP in software mode. But U can't find these in Pakistan I guess..

if u want to create an Ad-hoc network, then u can use any WLAN card available (D-Link, MSI are really cheap). but in that case, i don't think u'd be able to share the internet connectivity
