I found this article from a forum:
" First of all, I took a copy of the Windows XP boot sector image file to my hdd, "G:\"-root. You can pick one up from h**p://www.flexbeta.net/one/xpboot.bin. I copied the whole XP Pro CD to my hdd, "G:\XP". Next, I put the SP2 file to my G:\ root, and started the command prompt. "-s"-switch is for Slipstreaming. The syntax is always "[ServicePack filename] -s:[OS path]". Like this: (IMG:http://www.flexbeta.net/one/commprompt.gif) and you should see these screens: (IMG:http://www.flexbeta.net/one/verif.jpg) (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/extract.jpg) (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/integr2.jpg) Congratulations, SP2 is now integrated! (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/complete.jpg) Burning with NERO ----------------- Do everything like in these images. If you misspell "Microsoft Corporation", your CD won't be bootable. (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/nero1.jpg) (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/nero2.jpg) it doesn't matter how you name the CD. (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/nero3.jpg) Click "new" and drag the G:\XP folder contents to be burnt. (IMG:http://flexbeta.net/one/ready2burn.jpg) Install, enjoy! "
