12 to 15 k?
Well you ain't gonna get any "Decent" laptop with that price.
Probably, you will only get a second-hand Pentium 4 with a lots of scratches.

Just my 2cents.

even for 20k ud get something which wont have original hardware.
so save up dude and inshallah ud get a decent one, then come here and tell us

well man i also go for save up option but.. think is that my one friend need lappy in urgent in that range, although in gud condition.. ( less scratchy).
