Laptop for URGENT sale, at throwaway price, will take best offer!!

The laptop is thin and light (1" in width and weighs some 5.5 pounds). This laptop has been used for less than 1 1/2 years. I upgraded the RAM from 256MB to 512MB and the hard disk from 40GB 4200RPM to 80GB (5400RPM, 8MB cache). It came with a DVDROM-CDRW Combo drive, and I upgraded to a DVDRW drive, but at the moment that DVDRW is not included with the laptop because the drive was sent to USA for warranty claim. A replacement drive can be bought from the local market (Lahore), but I haven't bought one yet.

There are no major issues with the laptop, everything works fine except for the LCD screen's swivel (which is a bit lose) and the left speaker (doesn't work perfectly). Also, the pin of the power adapter / charger that connects to the laptop has been soldered, and hasn't been covered with a plastic/rubber thing. I have all the original manuals, box and other stuff that came with it. I'm selling it because I'm upgrading (again).

I've sold stuff here a few times before, both new and used, and you can check my feedback and references. I have always dealt honestly, otherwise you know one can always talk some trusting cousin or friend into buying stuff at more than the justified price, but that would be Haraam money, just as bad as looting and robbing.

The Celeron-M processor is nothing like the regular Celeron (non-mobile) we all hate; Cel-M has got 1MB of cache (compared to 256KB of Celeron non-M), and has a similar architecture to that of Pentium-M (aka centrino, when P-M is combined with i855 chipset and 802.11g).
