As far as I know, it is the name of a Companion (Sahabi) of our Prophet (SAW). His name was Anas bin Maalik (RA)

Secondly, that name is spelled Anas (so that to remove ambiguity and to distinguish from the bad word in English), so "anus" is not a name.
