Yeah, well Stick, that's the manual way to do things (and one that I do, I use either keepvid.com or clipnabber.com). The keyword here is automation.

Just putting in a link of videos in a text file, and inserting them in the program and it automatically queues them up and downloads the best possible quality of each video one by one. See, what's so hard about that, LOL.
Now, I've used Orbit Downloader, and well if you go and download the FlashGot extension for Firefox, it has a media grabber, and it will grab the direct links for any MP3, song, video, Youtube, Gametrailers, heck pretty much anything, and pass that over to be downloaded by the browser or your download manager.

Much more convenient. And it also supports a whole lot of download managers. Still, it is a lot of manual work to if one has a list of videos to grab. For this there are sites like Keepvid that come to the rescue. Anyway, get it here from:
