you can never plan counter unless something actually happens.. you can not place security on each and everything.. even if you can place army or elite force on every imortant building in pakistan, how about the terrorists blow up the nearest petrol pump to it.. nonbody can put a gaurd on evey one... there are 17 carore people.. you need 34 carore more to secure them all.. where do you get that much security..???
5 hours.. 3 point operation.. not all of them took 5 hours each.. each of them might have took 1-2 hours max,, and the time interval between the attacks wud be the reason for the totla span of 5 hours..
