I need to buy Air Mass Meter/Control for Nissan Pulsar NX 1987. Its not available in Karachi and don't want to go for all Pakistan Markets. While going through search on ebay I found it here:

Now I want to buy it and shipped to Pakistan. Can any of you help me out with this? How much would taxes cost? Customs? I need it fairly quickly or my dad won't let me into my house after 1 week :/.
