what you guys are saying is completely untrue!
the idfference between a 4850 and 4870 is not worth the 10k imo. you will gain a 5fps advantage or so, not worth it. even then a 4870 would not be handle crysis
10000/5= 2000rs for 1 fps. how lame
better getting two 4850s in crossfire
but since u need a cross fire ready mobo it is not the best choice.
so its best to stick with your 8600gt and save a bit more. it aint the best time to buy gfx card
