if ur fone is not starting up stuck at the "Nokia" written screen or hand shake screen then u have to take it to a shop there will be no use to buy a cable coz to flash ur fone from home, the fone need to be fully booted and showing the main desktop screen.
other wise for a future flashing buy a CA-53 cable coz it has a full usb 2.0 speed.
