Fallout 4 ‘Leaked’ Perk Excel Chart Including Stats
Reddit user Desamona has put together an Excel sheet, containing all Fallout 4 Perks including stats of the Perks.
All of the Fallout 4 perks were leaked over the past few days when gameplay and screenshots were published online. Following the leaks, Bethesda’s community lead Matt Grandstaff posted a message on the official Bethesda forums. Grandstaff asked the community to not share the ‘leaks’, and added that sharing could result in warnings, suspensions, and possibly even a forum ban.
On Reddit, Desamona writes the following:
I looked through all the leaked gameplay footage, and extracted all the PERK information. I’ve condensed the wording of each PERK rank a bit, for brevity, as I wanted to use the chart to decide how to build my character. I thought perhaps others might find it useful as well. I am also assuming that someone very soon will place everything from the leaked footage on ORCZ or Vault 111, so I’ve not been vigilant with wording, but it is accurate.
kjthemonarch’s videos of the Chart and ranks (THANK YOU, MAN) were fantastic. But part 1 was so fuzzy to read, that I was unable to add the lvl requirements for the ranks of the perks for SPECIAL levels 1-5. 🙁 But, they are there for the rest.
It’s now late, PST time, and I need sleep before work. Apologies if there are typos. Also, Dropbox is the handiest thing within thinking distance I have for sharing right now. If there are issues, I’ll fix tomorrow. Enjoy, everyone & Goodnight.Advertisement
The Perk chart including stats, can be downloaded or viewed via Dropbox.
Bethesda’s Pete Hines won’t answer questions related to leaks
The major leaking began last week, when the game’s main menu was streamed. On Twitter, Bethesda’s vice president Pete Hines, stated that he won’t answer any questions related to the leaks. Hines added that he considers muting those who will ask questions. I asked Hines on his thoughts about the leaks anyway.
@ToTeMVG I am not answering a single question based on leaks and will consider muting folks who ask questions based on them

Fallout 4 will release on November 10 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
