Facetime imminent for iPhone 3GS, Jailbreak required

Good news for all you iPhone 3GS owners who have been left out of Apple’s newest addition to iOS 4, “Facetime” is available with the iPhone 4 but Apple showed no intention of adding Facetime for the 3GS. But there is some good news for those of you who are running a jailbroken iPhone 3GS, you can STILL get facetime via Cydia, the app is called “Faceit-3GS” and it looks like it will be released as a free ware.

As you can see this app will allow users to take advantage of facetime without having to make the jump from iPhone 3GS to an iPhone 4, although Jailbreaking your iPhone 3GS comes as a mandatory requirement to access Cydia store I would say its well worth it.
