iPhone 6s And iPhone 6s Plus

It’s a sure shot fact that Apple will utilize the stage to announce its next two flagship handsets – iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus. The devices are going to be an evolutionary upgrade over the iPhone 6, featuring little to no design changes at all, with all the major upgrades residing under the hood.

The Apple TV is miserably due for a refresh, and having not updated its set top box since 2012, the time is right for the Cupertino giant to unleash something new. With reports flying around that an Apple TV 4 is in the works, we can expect the new device to feature a brand new design, a new UI, a dedicated App Store, and Siri, among other things.

iOS 9

iOS 9

Apple promised that iOS 9 will be released this fall, and we expect the final build to roll out alongside the new iPhones. But at the event, we expect Apple to seed the Golden Master build to developers, which will likely end up being the final version of the firmware that will be seeded to the public a week after.

New SDK For Developers

Xcode

With the iPhone 6s all set to feature Force Touch tech, it’s a given that Apple will also announce and release updated tools for developers to take advantage of it.

New Macs? – Unlikely

iMac

Reports are flying around that Apple is set to release a new set of iMacs later this year, with a 21.5-inch 4K desktop among the list of expected devices. But it’s highly likely that Apple would utilize this event for its announcement, so don’t hold your breath for it just yet.

As we mentioned before, the event will be live streamed. More details can be found here: How To Live Stream September 9th iPhone 6s Event On iOS, Apple TV, Mac, PC.
