The next entry of the Call of Duty series, Call of Duty Infinity Warfare, is going to be released later this year on PC and consoles, but there’s another entry of the series many are anticipating more than the new game currently in development by Infinity Ward, the remastered version of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. We haven’t seen much of the game in action in the past few days, but today some new footage has finally emerged online.

The new Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered footage, which has been shared by the Call of Duty Official Twitter profile, showcases some intense campaign action. All those who have played the campaign from the original release won’t fail to notice how much the classic Call of Duty has been improved in the soon to be released remaster.

Last month, Activision confirmed that more multiplayer gameplay footage for both Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare will be shown during the Call of Duty XP 2016, which will be held from September 2nd to September 4th in Los Angeles, California.

Call of Duty® XP 2016 is coming! Call of Duty XP is the ultimate Call of Duty® experience for any fan of the franchise and a celebration of our passionate community. From September 2-4, thousands of fans from the global Call of Duty community will assemble at the Forum in Inglewood, California for a three-day Call of Duty immersion. Can’t attend in person? No problem. We’ve got you covered with live streams from the event.

Be among the first to play Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer, Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare Zombies, Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® Remastered Multiplayer, and Call of Duty®: Black Ops 3 DLC 4! – all before they are released.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered will only be available as an exclusive bonus for select editions of Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, which launches on November 4th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Activision currently has no plans to sell Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered separately, so make sure to pre-order the upcoming new entry of the series if you want to enjoy one of the best Call of Duty games ever with brand new graphics and enhancements.
