There’s very little we know about Destiny 2, the second entry in the series developed by Bungie, other than the fact that it’s being developed. A new job listing, however, may have provided some hints on how Bungie is planning to change their development approach over their previous game.
Bungie is currently looking for a new Live Narrative Director who will direct the storytelling efforts for regular, small-scale Destiny releases throughout the calendar year. These small-scale projects will apparently be produced somewhat frequently.

Bungie planning to implement some major narrative changes for Destiny 2 was also hinted at by an insider a few months back, who mentioned that changes will be in terms of plot direction, pacing and structure.
Major narrative changes are on board for D2. Both in terms of plot direction, pacing & structure. Major focus is going to be on the Cabal & Saturn. Saturn is a playspace is set to be bigger than all of the playspaces currently implemented in the game combined. This is in large part of the scale of playspaces being redesigned, so it’ll be both bigger & denser with activities. There’s a reason Guardians take the fight to Saturn.
Destiny 2 has yet to be unveiled in full, so there’s very little we currently know about the game. We will keep you updated on it as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
