Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is making its way to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this Friday, October 23 with the PC release to follow on November 19. The full game is said to take around 40GB and 43GB on the Xbox One and PS4 respectively. After a claim that Syndicate will have an 18GB Day One patch, Ubisoft’s Community Manager clarified on Reddit, that the day one patch “will be about 534MB on PS4 and about 520MB on Xbox One.”

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate feels more enjoyable and entertaining than Unity

Early reports from people having spent some time with the game, indicate that Syndicate runs pretty good, far better than its predecessor, and actually looks quite impressive given the immense size of the city of London. They also express that it’s a faster paced experience with a more advanced and enjoyable fighting system and an entertaining back story. The review embargo lifts on Wednesday, October 21, two days before the game’s release, something that goes to show that Ubisoft has some faith in the latest iteration of their popular franchise, and it could be the game to bring the series back to form.
