All the features are good, but the phone automatically goes into offline mode (i.e. no network inspite of good network). Have to restart to get it going. Quite annoying

Yes, it comes with a Document viewer, which allows you to view files in doc, ppt, xls and pdf formats.

Just a note, this is NOT a smart phone, smart phones need to have a OS that supports enterprise apps, so unless it has winmo, android, blackberryOS, OSX or symbian running, it is not a smart phone. This is however a very nice feature-phone.
